well, think again, unless you want in cheap when it restart trading:

The EPZ are Ex-Minefinders people (CFO etc.)

If you listen to the Conf. Call:

Minefinders wanted to start early construction just before Pan came in and offered 1.5Billion for Minefinders

So actually a pure share, no cash, no additional royalty deal on this asset is very cheap. It would even be cheap if Pan wouldn`t in return put 35million in cash + 15million in credit facility.

It not an early stage, noone knows what comes out of it one

 

The Balance sheet and forewar looking attributable oz growth profile is very good now:

2014 La Bolsa 30k oz + 1% NSR on San Luis

2015 La Bolsa 40k oz + 1% NSR on Sanluis + 50-70k from Cerro Jumil

2016 La Bolsa 40k + 1% NSr San Lius + 100-110k from Cerro Jumil

Most likely avarage company cash costs by 2016 of less than 650$ incl Royalties
