Gad - Thanks for posting that link. I went back and found your original post earlier today. They are not related. If you take a step back then you see many things happening that were not shared with shareholders. Which makes sense to me, the one announcement we are all waiting for is the only thing that matters.

CS said that he expexted a deal by Q3/4 2012; I think the deal with Helm AG is already there, but there is one condition: pending approval by the EU.

But what do I know???
