RE: RE: Thoughts Borne of Frustration Cheers Manyara!
I've gotten out of the habit of consulting TAO's IR for information because of frustrations in the past. If they are quick and forthcoming in responding to inquiries, maybe that is a sign of better corporate responsibility and of better things ahead.
I thought it quite odd myself that the shares bought back would be sold into the market rather than cancelled (which is the purpose of the normal course issuer bid). Though the sale transactions, as listed on CanadianInsider.com, did not have prices attached, the information I accessed through INK Research did actually quote sale prices for the wrongly coded transactions ($4.49 and $4.67) and there were no 'Amended Filing' corrections.
But, who among us has not made mistakes? Still, as you write, an unfortunate error in the current situation.
