RE: for BOD Failure to disclose material information to shareholder is indeed against the law, and yes, we should file complaints with the BCSC.
While I can't be sure about the Goldmet PR and its inconsistencies with Monument's statement, it is clear that the "legal disagreement" with Marland/Tulum was not disclosed in a timely manner, and therefore, it should be construed as material information that was withheld from shareholders.
Monument also appears to have been deceptive about the Tulum private placement. Its reasons for withdrawing were to provide for "less dilution," "broader participation" and "potential new investors," according to its 17/1 PR, but nothing related to Tulum's "previous dealings with the vendor of the Mengapur Project."
This spells trouble.
