if it were micros it would not be this long to approve deal....

Has to be keyser along with potential customers also pitching in on the deal....

so far this is about 6000 natinal oil and marathon and whatever keyser brings to the table...im not expecting anymoire than waht we already know and who would be the likly strategic investors...why wouldnt keyser want in with major s.a deployment after all they would have to know as the installer in the whole  americas...common sense would say its keyser
