My 'No' vote remains unchanged, and I look forward to management giving their collective heads a few shakes in the morning. (Wonder if Buchanan, (bless you), has dumped his shares yet,...) What I really wonder if whether they will try for a new arrangement of the same parties giving PCE better value when this deal fails, or if, as has been mentioned, some other group will step forward and take PCE at these ridiculous levels.
