I hear you echo ..and understand where you are coming from ..!! But unfortunately there is no other model to compare it with which is that promising n rewarding .. I don't care about the ex management and its part if our fault too when we approved BOD such compensation for them .. That was the time to go against it.. It's not as easy as it seems.. NO to this merger will create more pain and reservations for us " the SH" and if doesn't go through .. Just left with hope to survive and somebody comes in to save our investments ...
