RE: RE: RE: Good Luck Everyone

I agree with oregonmcm, who cares who says what, this forum is sounding like the posts of our lives or whatever that soap is really called.

I'm sure there are more than a few posters on this forum that post singularly or in concert with others that are trying to manipulate the SP.

They might be able to drum up a few shares weak shares but I doubt they will have any success.

here are then only facts you really need to know;

1-MGM is a legitimate explortion company with large stranded NG reserves in the Mackensie delta but because there is not way to currently get this gas to any market, the NG is stranded.

2-MGM has very experienced managers who all came from larger O&G exploraiton companies and they ahve a vested interest to creating a northern exploration O&G company.

3-Clayton Riddell and paramount resource together own a very large chunk of mGM shares, sorry I don't have the actual number but I believe it's north of 40%.

4-Large O&G companies will be spending hundreds of millions of dollars exploraing the Canol shale in central Mackensie, Husky, Shell, Conoco, Exxon, etc, and little MGM also, let's not forget them.

5-Husky is also testing it's 2 wells in the canol shale this winter and they are spending lots of cash on building a permanent road, and housing for them staff, and drilling and testing of course.

6-Conoco is drilling up to 3 wells on their lands but they will not be testing them this eyar as I understand it, but please verify this, I find it strange why they are not testing at least 1 well.

7-although MGM leases are large they only cover a portion of the eastern flank of the canol shale but it appears to be the best and oilest part of the play so they have a sweet spot for oil in the canol.

8-we are in the early innings of exploration and future development in the canol but the prize is huge for all participants with Husky getting the most acreage over the canol if the canol can produce economic quantities of oil and liquids.

9-there is a pipeline from Normal wells to northern alberta with excess capacity of 30,000 plus barrels, and this can easily be connected to take away canol oil.

10-there are already discussion on expanding this piepline to hanlde more product in the future.

11-MGM is really the only pure play in the canol shale oil, bottomline

12-the most important point about MGM, they are starting to test their well in 3 zones and we will have some information in the next month, bottom-line

13-again we can debate what kind of production numbers they will produce, but for shell to partner with MGM, I think we are going to get some kind of numbers when they start their testing, but that's just my opinion based on the particpants and the money they are spending, and a gut feel, don't go by my gut feeling if you don't ghave any shares.

14-if the well is not productive, then MGM will quickly fall back to 0.10-0.15 shares and stay there for a very long time, unless others are having success and the problems are technical in nature.

so everyone say your sorry about feeling good about owning a great investment opportunity and lets get back to quality posting, not accusing and discussions about wigs?

we really shoudl be discussing the economic threshold for more drilling in 2014?

good night from as MGM forum turns
