RE: to be sure The warrants, though they can be exercised within a 3-year time period and only if the sp goes above 6 cents, they must be exercised too prior to a sale of the company that " will change control of the company" according to the Marret Plan. In other words Marret do not have to wait for 3 years to get their money back. If they can present a buying prospect the current shareholders will have to exercise the Warrants or will waive that right.
