What I understand is the Warrants is the tangible form of the rights; Warrants trade in the open market and can be bought and sold. The Warrants as the word denotes is the tangible expression of the rights. If one is given the right to buy shares, the way to do it is by exercising the warrants that Marret is going to be the underiter of these Warrants for the amount of 3.5million dollars that Cline will have to pay, us that is, the shareholders. I don't know if I am missing something here, please help.
