One of the big reasons I like RM is that they have thus far kept to the clock.... if they say they will have something out in 2012 it came out in 2012 .... tendency to walk the talk. Unless I hear otherwise from the horse's mouth I would assume they are still on track for FS by June +/- (in EITHER Q1 or Q2 - see Latest Presentation Slide 11) 

One cannot say the FS has been pushed out based on the information the company has provided - the company is still looking at FS by June. No reason to doubt them yet.
