In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Lets speculate then...What could the negative news be?

La Casona? The November NR has oil and gas showings in all 4 zones, with producing light oil at 1,200 bopd choked at 20/64 inch choke. I dont think La Casona is an issue since it is an oil discovery. Maybe the length of time to confirm the full results is causing the issue.

I looked at Page 25 of the Corporate Presentation and the only remaining news for Q1 is the 2012 Year-End Reserve Report. I dont think this will be negative either as the results have been pretty much released already.

I think this is profit taking and a downward drift in SP until more news is released.
