We all have our expectations and strategy to capture value on this play.   For me the Price decay starts moments after they pursue debt to build out the mine.  The PFS predicts $20 million profits every year. That is one extra point in interest or a few equipment failures from turning profit into a loss. The numbers just dont work for a meaningful SP imo.

I agree a buyout is the best method to extract value followed by a jv partner who will pay for the build out.  Anyone who thinks CZN can do this on their own without diluting and taking on fat debt is a dreamer.  Managments neglect of a valuable asset in figi with the writing on the wall should have everyone concerned.  Maybe they learned their lesson.
