If you are lucky enough to have cash on hand, then in my view LRE is a good place to invest it.    I recently sold GTE to add to LRE.   I think I paid around $3.87 ish on average, and was very happy at that.     You do not get many chances to by growing Oil/Gas companies for just over 2 times cash flow!
