TomaGold Corporation is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, assessment, exploration and development of gold, copper, rare earth elements and lithium projects. The Company is focused on consolidating the Chibougamau Mining Camp in northern Quebec. In addition to the agreements to acquire 13 properties in the camp, the Company holds interests in five gold properties in the vicinity of the camp: Obalski, Monster Lake East, Monster Lake West, Hazeur and Doda Lake. It also owns a 100% interest in a lithium property and in the Star Lake rare earth elements property, located in the James Bay region of Quebec, as well as a 24.5% interest in the Baird property, located near the Red Lake mining camp in Ontario through a joint venture with Evolution Mining Ltd. and New Gold Inc. The Obalski property consists of about 74 claims covering a total of 2,740 hectares (ha) and lies three kilometers (km) south of Chibougamau, Quebec.

Michael Curtis

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Michael Curtis has over 35 years of experience in the management and financing of mining and oil and gas companies. In 1998, he founded and became president and a director of Cardwell Capital Inc., a private and public equity firm that invests in small and mid-cap companies listed on North American stock exchanges. He has been the president and chief executive officer of Nevado Resources Corporation (TSX-V: VDO) since January 2010, and sits on the boards of directors of several public companies, including Quinto Real Capital.

Marcel Bergeron, CPA, CA, CMA

Marcel Bergeron is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and Ordre des comptables en management accrédités du Québec, and has over 35 years of experience in the financial and mining industries. He is presently the chief financial officer of Nevado Resources Corporation (TSX-V: VDO) and sits on the boards of directors and audit committees of several companies, including Strateco Resources Inc., Matamec Explorations Inc. and a number of venture capital companies. He is also the chief financial officer and a director of Northern Precious Metals Funds Inc.

Roger Boucher, MBA, CPA, CA

Roger Boucher has a business degree from HEC Montréal and a diploma in accounting, as well as an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke. He has been the general manager of Petrie Raymond Gestion Conseil Inc., which provides all Petrie Raymond’s management consulting services, since 2009. He is also the chief financial officer of Corporation Exploration Îledor and a director of Centre de santé et de services sociaux de Laval.

Robert Desjardins has a business degree from HEC Montréal and is a member of the Corporation des Administrateurs agréés du Québec. He has been the president of Robert G. Desjardins et Associés Inc., a corporate finance and financial products development firm, since 1989. He has also been a director and a member of the audit committee of Strateco Resources Inc. since 2001.

Yves Gauthier, FCA

Yves Gauthier has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal, a graduate degree in environmental management from the faculty of science at the University of Sherbrooke and a corporate director degree from McGill University. A fellow of the Order of Chartered Accountants of the Province of Quebec, he is also accredited by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a chief financial officer (2006) and a partner, director and officer (2003). He has been the director of international programs for CCAF/FCVI Inc. and vice president of Trébora Conseil since the fall of 2010. He is also a member of the audit committees of the STM and Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, and a director of the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre and Mobius.

Mr. Giroux is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in the international mineral exploration industry. He has supervised exploration programs, developed mid-sized mining operations and established strong business relationships in a number of African countries. He has been the president and chief executive officer of Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: SPX) since December 15, 2009.

 

David Grondin

Mr. Grondin has over 15 years of experience in the financial and mining industries. From 1997 to 2000, he worked as a financial analyst for CTI Capital Inc. He has also been the president and chief executive officer and a director of NQ Exploration (TSX-V: NQE) since November 2007 and a director of Kilkenny Capital Corporation, a venture capital company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, since August 2011. Mr. Grondin has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal.
