Court document interpretations

Court document interpretations

I'd like to point out that most investors (especially the institutions and fund managers) know less about interpreting court documents than a lot of people on this board and on the Yahoo board.  DO NOT assume they know more than you.  They are more prone to following market sentiment and risk aversion than you may think.  They have to analyze hundreds of stocks that don't involve patent litigation at all.  They would barely have the time to read the Pacer doc headlines let alone read the details and interpret them correctly,  They don't have patent lawyers on staff that would understand that stuff.  They are CFA's that understand the financial part of the business and only guess at the guts of the company especially one as detailed and complicated as W-Lan and other NPE's.
