Hemostemix Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage biotechnology company. Its comforting to see that the management team is now officially in place, and this news should help reduce percieved risk regarding the restructuring, although ultimately the team will be evaluated on their execution. However, I certainly hope this is not the ONLY information the company intended to provide shareholders as part of its Feb press release. We are long overdue for 2013 guidance and some more colour on specifics regarding the strategic direction of the business.
