IIROC and TSX compliance and disclosure

Contacted IIROC this am who reported that in fact that there was a halt right before the opening and immediately lifted for some reason but could not explain it or give me a reason so  I was referred to theTSX Venture office for clarification but again nothing concrete.  But they did request that should we have any concerns we can email them at [e-mail] so they can look into the situation at WOF.  I know that I will.  Nick did not return my email or calls in the past week either.

Disclosure I have been a shareholder for the last two years and have talked a few friends into investing into WOF.
