You may be right but my point always had been that Brian abused his position to profit on our backs whether it was a journal entry or actual cash .

The company paid via loan for his and or wife's million dollars of options.

Probably one of several red flags we should have all picked up on?

Nough said its water under the bridge now. 

With Warren,Ned and hopefully Tiger back in the mix we can get this producing as stated Q2 14.
