If you simply just read plan of arrangement that should be enough to open your eyes...there is a good reason why these three need this merger... Nobody else can come up with any better arrangement ... And if seperately ..none of these is attractive enough for any new buyers in the market ... Otherwise we would have seen more offers floating ...!!
