imho,the dynamic has changed.

if i bought a house somewhere as an investment-then there are only 3 scenarios that i can see.

1-flip with some investment for a capital gain

2-rent for income

3-tax loss or shelter or place to put unruly inlaws(same)

people want to see a return somehow.not just that everyone in the business carries on and gets paid regardless.if i have to own the company to keep 18 relatives working then it better make money and it better be all mine.

i think this is all about pride and some bad luck.i have faith in the the boss but the patch is the patch.

there have been some notable failures in the o and g business lately and not just market forces to blame.

recycle ratios are just the new fizz and wizz.ask aroway or nz what promotion did for them.

i believe in this outfit but it ain't goin' anywhere for a good long while 'till the boss rethinks the strategy.
