Your right it isnt what I think.     This is a report put out by a guy who is supposed to be a well studied and respected guy.    Without him doing proper Due Dilligence it doesnt even pass the the daily tablets.    Its so rigged with hot air and with reasons why the report isnt good that again it makes you wonder what his source is?   Is it Bob Rose?   If so his report should be used as toilet paper as a friend  has turned on Frank all in the name of money.   So this report should be used to clean someones bum bum.
