I totally agree with technician, if you look at the news releases stans made and the share price reaction, there has always been some kind of delay of at least one day until the stock really soared

to classify the release as not important would therefore be highly inappropriate, give it time until the end of the week  to spread, I am also pretty sure the volume will get significantly higher
