Opinion I have personally contacted the company with the wish to be involved in this next PP - sure hope I get the chance.
This move was totally expected for me and it is great to see the strength of this new proposed financing versus the previous rounds.
This company has raised very very little money comparitatively to most medical device firms at this stage of product sales & key market entry. Just look at the money melafind has eaten through to get them to basically the exact same point in the product life cycle, with a product, mind you, that in my view is hugely inferior to the Aura.
This stocks the shelf full of parts for future Aura sales & more importantly fills the coffers for the FDA PMA approach.
good news story alll around - now I am excited to see some serious USA attention on this firm in the coming months.
