So the management who appear to be gutting our treasury with their golden parachutes are going to be replaced by the Charger management who have successfully run their company so well that their stock price is approximately one tenth of what it was a year ago.  As a reasonably intelligent person I cannot understand why any posters on this board would be in favor of this merger, unless of course they are paid posters.

Is it any wonder why Canadian stock exchanges have such a bad reputation when shareholders are being what is being perceived by many to be robbed by management and boards of directors who have a fudiciary duty to operate in the interest of shareholders, not the self interest of management.

Is it any wonder that major shareholders have voted no....DUH
