eagle55.. couldn't agree more. the most pathetic part is the reasoning being recently posted for supporting this deal - IT WILL BE "LESS" BAD ... this sad excuse for management/ BOD has thrown the common shareholder into the deep end and now we're being asked to grab the sword. what a farce...dwdc
