I think you need to your research on these other companies...When did Charger Energy come onto the market?
When did current CHX management purchase the company? What was the stock price at that point?
When you're reading the charts for Charger realize that prior to March this was Seaview energy and it was a floundering company. Tom and team purchased it and formed Charger with the amalgamation of the other 3 companies solely to get back into the O&G industry.
If you want some true figures to base your opinions on about CHX management then do some research on Williams energy which became Provident Energy.
