Peoples opinions on the board are not going to determine the outcome.  The courts are.  So, isn't it appropriate for the shareholders to get involved to mitigate the results before this goes to court. I call that prudent risk management?
I agree with this statement but isn't it also true that people's opinions on this board regardless of alias names is going to cause 150 000 000 dollars in damages to people's credibility when it did not even affect Amk as a company? Just my opinion but law of big business when losing one litigation start another to turn investors from jumping ship. But like you said the courts will decide and that's definitely the truth. And I am a tuo shareholder and can easily say I'm 30-40k down.
