Stock has to close higher than the PP or its pointless!  A private placement wont help this, it will just prolong what we know is to come.   Fanduel and Draftkings are the sites to be playing on. The amount of traffic on them is MASSIVE. Not 600 "registered" players dinking around and playing for $2 once in awhile.   If those sites were to become a publicly traded company then you might see a $5 stock and not dreams/fantasy being told to you by a goon!
