Yes i live very close to the big Utica shale build up and it is going to cost well over a billion dollars [ maybe 2 billion ] . We have a number of people here that want high NGL NG for some stupid reason , must be the canadian dumb berries they eat. All MGM needs is oil and NG forget the big NGLs bs
