Well if you take out the 20 plus % the management owns and said they would not sell, over half the shareholders think that even with the taxes, 2.45 is a premium price for this stock. That's tells me that once the dusk settles on this buyback the SP is going lower fast. Back to 1.40 or with this management team maybe even back to .80. Thanks again Ed and our wonderful board for looking after the shareholders interest, you bunch of $^$&^%)^'s
