RE: Best wishes I really don't see trading stopped on MMY for this unless one thinks the business is a fraud. I sure don't think it is. Baldock and his gang know how to skirt the law. A mistake like that lack of legal disclosure could possibly bring some sort of censure against them but maybe they would resign rather than face the consequences of that (which would be fine with me, by the way). Disclosure- I am not an attorney.
Here's a couple more things I've noticed:
I just went to read the fine print about this advance notice bylaw on Sedar. According to the PR, the details were already on Sedar when the PR was released. But there is still nothing about it on sedar. Hmmmm. I also note that, according to the PR, the BOD actually voted on this provision on Feb 24. Looking at the calendar, I see that date was last Sunday. Are we supposed to believe that the BOD held a meeting on a Sunday? Possible, but I doubt it. More than likely, they wanted to show it as happening at least a full day before the 30 day period before the AGM. Of course, none of us knew about it before the PR came out late on the 27th. But Baldock probably figures that's just too bad for us.
Anyway, I hope you can share what the attorneys have to say about all this.
