The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Unfortunately I have a real bad feeling about Shafter.  First the delays in progress throughout 2012.  Then, almost grudgingly in Dec (or was it Jan) the start of "producction" at 600 tpd.  Always big silence about the REAL REASON why Shafter is not performing to expectations.  Then Len doesn't want to take part in one of the biggest Trade Shows.  All that adds up to Real Major Problems with Shafter.  He doesn't want to answer very painful questions so it seems, so he avoids that by not having a booth there and showing his face.

Then I thought about it:  Could it be the Water Problem???  More water than anticipated, perhaps too much to pump it dry?  I am just thinking out loudly... but what the hell is the problem???
