would a company do a private placement when they thought they might be getting $20mil? why dilute the company at 6 cents? I might be wrong but one has to ask the obvious question....i still maintain the company is better off going it alone even with some dilution....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions and i could easily be wrong this time as well
