I totally agree with you mercurysmith, Ned was not brought in for his good looks and I doubt he has time for another CEO position, I too beleive Ned has taken an active role in the negotiations and he will most likely remain on the board for support afterwards.

Now that the OBSTACLES have been removed, the IMC deal could go alot smoother and get signed at any time so those who are soft bashing the stock hoping for a lower SP might just get caught with there pants down ...

Just my guess of course but I think we are much closer to finalizing the deal now than we we're last month so we are getting close to some very good news ...
