RE: GOING BACK DOWN.... staubin, Sheldon has done nothing but buy in the open market in combination with his participation in the .35 private placement and there is absolutely no indications of him selling any shares on the insider trading reports. He was buying at a very big premium over the prevailing price and he has not sold any of his .235 shares from the last private placement. Why would he be motivated to sell now especially after buying even more in the last placement?
I was surprised to see Lee Shepherds participation in the private placement since he owns 1M options but obviously he feels very positive about the outcome of the monetizing team and that is really what matters here.
