Jan 2011 - High at 0.84 - What happened?

Hey Guys,

I'm a strong SBM supporter. Just wondering if anyone knows what happened around January 2011 though. On Jan 11, 2011 they hit a high of 0.84, then went lower in February and just went on a slow crawl from there,

Looks like a big spike, then drop, and to my untrained eyes, similar to what we may be seeing here, but on a far greater scale back in 2011.

I'm going through their old news releases, but figured someone on this board may have a better idea.

Any info's appreciated.
