RE: Excuses

RE: Excuses

Jamiro, do yourself a favor and read "Security Analysis" by Graham and Dodd. If you manage to finish it as it is 600 pages long you will get most of your answers on how stock market works and how to analyze fundamentals of a company. it might open a new perspective for you. Stock prises are mostly driven by emotions and since for the past two years there is still some uncertainty about Stans and RE market in general people get scared and sell not willing to take it any more. Others who keep looking at the falling price who were not scared yesterday become scared today and sell too, and so it goes day after day like a snowball effect. Just stop looking at the price if you can afford it for the next 12 months. Things should lighten up hopefully unless there is something new comes out of the blue which did happen to Stans and could happen again as they deal in Kyrgyzstan and it is still a country with too many questions than answers. I just check occasionally Pine Tree Capital holdings of Stans as they still keep their stake and by the way they have lots of warrants that expire next month to buy Stans at 1.85 a share. When they got the deal 2 year ago they also thought the stock price of Stans could not possibly go lower than that and there are some smart people work there who make good money by investing in resource mining companies. I am sure they are also frustrated at the moment but still believe this story can get better...not overnight though. painful? yes. will we be rewarded? most likely.
