It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

Thats right Woolie ...what you've said is true .

The management made a blunder type mistake and thats why the lawsuit was launched .They were not aware of the laws regarding resource calc. and they included  older data into the calc. regardless of whether or not the resource exists , it cannot be included .Ignorance is not a defence .

All that said , they have since got back in the game . They didn't go off the rails but rather , they have re asserted themselves and here we are ,on the doorstep of profitable production.

The fowl up will creat more nay sayers than there otherwise would have been (yourself)  however,  the stock will eventually reflect the value and potential value...I think that is double from the curent price
