I've gotten some guidance to your points.... 1. the EU regulatory is a more complex and demanding process... the requests from EU have been addressed and waiting for reply.... BioExx's EU counsel has stated that this is within normal parameters and not a serious concern... (my note: - until the slim lady sings - everything is an unknown with risks)... 2. about a month ago, I received a statement that the JV and the EU regulatory acceptance were not dependent ...but it would support...
Hope that helps ...just remember - till the medium weight lady sings -all is still risk management and many assumptions...
