I looked at Capstone and this management appears to be able to move quick and get things done on time and in budget. The BofD includes Korean rep and previous Teck Resource manager........loose tie-ins to Greenslade and Hodson. Elmo, this is a logical pick....let's see.  Other possiblilties include Chinese, Indian and other emerging countries.
