Changes coming to the North Shore

Newfie Hydro is going to raise the rate to IOC Carol Lake. This is going to affect the economics of the Pellet Plant. Nat Gas is coming to the north shore. IOC will be under new ownership. A new Pellet Plant on the north shore may be in the future if Lab City's PP is shut down.
