Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: Tulgalagatai Sale/Purchase Agreement

Geezer321, thanks for putting the info up. I thought when PCY backed out, it was just the matter of not receiving the money and if funds were already transferred to PCY, they simply returned them.

Waterton wanting $3.5 million in escrow and 2 million in shares plus PCY pledging further security is too much. Waterton probably did some paper work to approve the loan, but $3.5 million plus 2 million shares and other problems are not what we need. We need both cash and less share dilution.

As for Tethys. I understand that we have good relations with them and hope that it continues.
