They can't really say anything until this merger is scuttled..probably updating their resumes as the chant for a change in both BOD & management increases..It would be nice though if they did answer shareholder's ph. messages ..I voted against the merger but was willing to at least listen to some of their answers to questions/concerns which I had regarding this deal...However no replies were forthcoming & thus no chance to change my vote...Seems like they quit careing a long time ago & hung up the 'out of office' sign ..This management group & board have sold the majority of their stock , dumped the asset backing most of the dividend , & then tried to get out completely via this merger & collect one last bonus on the change of control clause.. Does this sound like a management group who really gives a hoot what happens to those shareholers who entrusted them with a fiduciary duty to do the right thing?? You be the judgr !
