Why would you wish that?  Every time he speaks, anyone with half a brain can tell he's a dullard and lacks leadership.

I am guessing with your changed posting perspective, you'd like to see CRJ share price rise?  Trotting McMillian out ain't the way to do that!  How soon can we have the "new" Ops Manager takeover the helm and sent Neil to play in the Tar Sands for his retirement?
