My69z is correct in his analysis of the situation in my opinion.  I can see no legitimate reason for LR to loan such a large amount of desperately needed AMY money (shareholder money) to himself in another corporation.  Other than minor shared expenses what is the purpose of this loan that has no benefit to AMY shareholders, has no defined pay back period and no interest, at least as far as can be determined.  Hopefully, this can be explained to all shareholders clearly.  I also have always been very suspicious of the Chen Lin dump the day before the PFS.  It would be interesting to find out how legitimate those many announced "interested parties" has been.

As for Colt, he's a cheerleader and has never offered anything of substance.
