Duh... Johnny, it was not in a company issued NR that he stated this, but rather he was quoted as saying that in a news article written by a news agency - big difference.

But let's ee how far you gte with the OSC on that one... Oh and by the way, you might to try writing the BCSC, as they are the ones that regulate Venture stocks... Just fyi dumbazz.
