I also thought it was very shrewd to re-zone the San Pedrito property to "high-density residential" as this should fetch a higher sale price. San Pedrito is much closer to Queretaro city than San Martin, and San Pedrito is close to new residential communities that are fueling the city's 4% annual pop. growth rate. Hopefully they get a good deal.
