Actually IMC gets another year of negotiating.. You don't think after dragging this one year, BOD wants to keep burning up the cash and lose time.. And what about the locals ? I doubt they would be too happy with 1 more year of Nada..  So as far as that goes Woulfe would like to close the deal now and move to rest of the project plan..

I am sure this extension is insurance for IMC's benefit.. I would have preferred to see 2-3 months most as an extension.. Not too impressed but on the plus side, no one is walking away either so that is probably the best we are going to get out of this news update..

So I am expecting more update to come if Convert is cancelled.. Next news items should be on management appointment..
