Worst case senario is another year of negotiating, but as Merc said yesterday, IMC will most likely time WOF production commencement with the growth cycle of the global economy.  Right now China is slowing down, so my guess is that we should see a deal signed in the latter half of this year and this gives me more time to save my pennies to buy more stock.
